The entire body of Chinese Communist Party members and all levels of leading Party cadres must be resolute in communist ideas and belief in in socialism with Chinese characteristics, they must wholeheartedly adhere to the basic tenet of serving the people, must continue to carry forward the Party's admirable tradition and style, must conscientiously cultivate noble moral sentiments, strive to promote the Chinese people's traditional values, have integrity and self-discipline, accept oversight, with the Party's advanced nature and purity forever.
