To all provincial, autonomous region, or directly governed municipality Justice Departments (Bureaus) and the Justice Bureau for the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于公共法律服务工作的重要指示精神,贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于加快推进公共法律服务体系建设的意见》的部署要求，保障人民群众基本公共法律服务需求，我部制定了《公共法律服务事项清单》，现印发给你们，请结合本地实际认真贯彻落实。
各地司法行政机关要认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，加快推进公共法律服务体系建设，以“知晓率、首选率、满意率”为评价指标，加强公共法律服务实体平台、热线平台、网络平台等三大平台建设，整合法律服务资源，加快构建覆盖全业务、全时空的法律服务网络。 要不断增加公共法律服务供给，简化优化办事流程，创新服务模式，不断提升服务质量和水平，推进基本公共法律服务均等化，更好地满足新时代人民群众的法律服务需求，让人民群众有更多的法治获得感。
