Core Structural Documents of the Social Credit System
These Documents Establish Overarching Principles or Essential Mechanisms for Social Credit
Local Systems
These are Local Regulations, governing all social credit work in a region including restrictions on what information can be collected, how long it can be retained, and how it can be used.
Personal Creditworthiness Systems
These are local systems for the collection of ‘creditworthiness’ (诚信)information on individuals.
Sometimes translated as 'integrity' or 'good faith', creditworthiness is part of the Core Socialist Values morality propaganda campaign.
Balcklist (Redlist) Systems
These are rules for what persons/individuals are included in various industry-specific blacklists.
The names of such lists are not standardized, but we have included documents that specify conditions for inclusion or removal, as well as the consequences of being listed.
MOU's on Joint Rewards and Disciplinary Action
These are MOUs between government agencies in which one agency agrees to take some form of action against those blacklisted by another.
